Stonehenge in Amesbury, Wiltshire UK Stonehenge is a megalith, a large stone that forms a prehistoric monument or a part of one. It is one of the most famous sites in the world. In 2013, over a million visitors came to see the stone circle.
These broken statues used to adorn the West Front Statuary of Salisbury Cathedral in the United Kingdom. Weathered and broken by forces of nature, they were brought in the cathedral and now can only be seen through the Tower Tour.
I loved learning about the Roman Baths in England. I wish hubby and I had the time to experience the Roman Bath that operates in the city. The tour was a wonderful experience, regardless.
