Tasty Tuesday: Beef Carpaccio 

Carpaccio (karpattšo) is raw meat or fish that is thinly sliced or pounded served as an appetizer. It originated in Venice and named after Venetian painter Vittore Carpaccio. It is usually served with lemon, olive oil, white truffle, or Parmesan cheese.
