Tasty Tuesday: Paella

Paella de Marisco and Paella de Pollo served at Cuines BCN Restaurant, La Rambla Barcelona

Paella is a rice dish that originated in Valencia, Spain. Valencians consider it a symbol of their region. Many regard it as Spain’s national dish. Whether it’s a Valencian symbol or Spain’s national dish is not an issue for me. What I care about is, this dish is delicious! It would have been a disgrace not to have had paella on our trip to Spain.

I especially love paella de marisco or seafood paella. Rice and seafood is always a heavenly combination for me.

Have you tried any paella lately? How was it?
