Tasty Tuesday: Garbure, a French Soup

I had this massive bowl of garbure for lunch. This version had duck in it as well as a big slice of ham buried under the vegetables. I’m a soup fan, so I enjoyed this bowl although I did not finish everything. European servings are even bigger than American servings, it seems. The bowl could have easily fed two people.
