Sunday Review: Franklin Marriott Cool Springs, Tennessee

Franklin Marriott Cool Springs, 700 Cool Springs Blvd, Franklin Tennessee

My Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

Sadly as all vacations do, our trip to Kentucky and Tennessee had to end. On our last night there, we stayed at the Franklin Marriott Cool Springs. It’s location is pretty good as it was close to a shopping area and there are many restaurants at the shopping district.

Our room was standard with a king bed. There wasn’t much of a view. Our window was facing the street and the building across the hotel.

The desk was the same model one would see in most Marriott hotel rooms.

The one thing that the room had going for it, is the spacious bathroom. I liked that there was space to move about. No crowding at the counter in the morning.

We had the usual hygiene products that Marriott provides to guests.

The lobby was big enough to accommodate the many guests of the hotel. It was busy when we were there. Its Conference Center is a setting for social events.

I enjoyed the breakfast which consists of hot and cold items. Biscuits and gravy, of course is on the buffet. It’s the South, after all.

Hubby ordered fried eggs which were plated so stylishly served in my opinion.

There were a variety of sliced fruits to choose from which made my breakfast.

Good location, a spacious bathroom, and a highly satisfying breakfast earned this Mattiott 4⭐️’s from me.

  1. Looks quite good! Especially the breakfast and the amenities (in my opinion they are way better than the HIlton ones) make stays at Marriott hotels quite enjoyable. Great to hear that you enjoyed the last part of your holiday trip 🙂

    1. I’m surprised that Hilton doesn’t provide a breakfast that’s as good. I had only stayed at one Hilton brand, the Double Tree in Kadikoy. I loved it! But that was in Istanbul. So, I don’t have any point of comparison. You know more than I do about this!! :))

      1. Well, Istanbul and especially Asia and Middle East are an exception. Hotels there are quite good, especially when it comes to breakfast! Sadly, the standards are worse in the US 😦

      2. Well, in the West (Europe & US) money making is way more difficult due to the high rents and wages. In Asia, prices are a little lower, but there is still enough room for more quality as well…
