Sunday Review: Hyatt Regency Newport

Hyatt Regency Newport, Rhode Island

My Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

I have two words for this Hyatt Hotel. Prime location. I totally loved the view from our room and the grounds. One can laze all day by the pool and allow one’s senses to be teased by the breeze, the sun on one’s skin, the scent of the sea, and visually feast on the beautiful scenery.

Hyatt Regency Newport

Hyatt Regency Newport is located in 1 Goat Island, Newport, Rhode Island, USA.  The island formerly was home to military forts and the U.S. Naval Torpedo Station. It is connected to Easton’s Point of Newport city by a causeway bridge.

To me, the hotel’s best attraction is the Newport Harbor Light at its backyard.

Newport Harbor Light

Or, the view of the bay with boats floating around.

Narragansett Bay

Or, this pool where one can gaze at both the lighthouse and the bay, as well as the causeway bridge in the distance.

I was totally taken in by my beautiful surroundings that I didn’t care whether our room was comfortable or not. But it was. This, after all, is a Hyatt Hotel. Guests can expect the service that Hyatt Hotels provide.

A comfortable room and breathtaking views. I couldn’t ask for anything more.
