While exploring the harbor, my husband and I passed by this restaurant.

It intrigued me as it has a “whale friendly” sign posted. It looked rustic compared to the restaurant across the street so, we went inside. The place was deserted at three in the afternoon. Except for the couple at one other table, we had the place to ourselves.

There was only one personnel there. He was friendly and took the time to chat a bit. My husband ordered fish and chips which was served attractively in a red bucket while I ordered the soup of the day which happened to be fish soup consist of chunks of tuna and cod in creamy coconut, lemongrass, and ginger broth. So good!

The fish and chips we not bad as well. But it was the fish soup that made the best impression on my taste buds.
