Series: Iceland’s Golden Circle

Last Stop: Thingvellir National Park

Visitors are treated to more of Iceland’s beautiful landscape at Thingvellir National Park.
The rift that is part of the divergent tectonic boundary between the North American and Eurasian plates called Silfra is at Thingvellir.

There are other attractions in the park, but I was too mesmerized by the landscape. I did not pay much attention to our guide. Sorry, Gus! 😉
