Sunday Review: Icelandair Hotel Reykjavik Natura

Icelandair Hotel Natura

My Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

Hotel Natura is a good place to stay in Reykjavik. My and hubby’s room was a double standard which is the size of a typical European hotel. Hotel rooms of similar rate in the US would be bigger and more luxurious, but we were in Iceland. The important thing was it was clean and cozy. Although our room was right next to the local airport, we were able to sleep well.
It is not in the city center. The hotel makes up for this by providing guests with a free bus pass. The pass is available at the front desk. We took Bus 19 Nauthólsvík to the main bus station and back to the hotel.

I was more than satisfied with the breakfast. They had hot food consist of hard and soft boiled, as well as scrambled eggs, beans and sausage.

The cold selection was plenty with different meats and salads. I loved the various types of bread available. They were mostly the healthy kind, high in fiber not full of sugar. There is also a gluten free section. There are also several choices in the cereal section. We always had a full breakfast to prepare us for our tours.

There is a booking office at the hotel where guests can form or book tours. The personnel are very helpful and polite. I loved the convenience of having a booking office in the hotel.
We liked our stay at Hotel Natura and we would definitely stay here again should we go back to Iceland.
