Türk Kahvesí (Turkish Coffee)

Sirince, Izmir Province in Turkey – Türk Kahvesí is strong, but not bitter (I think). The coffee beans are roasted and finely ground, then boiled with sugar (usually). It is served in a cup in which grounds are allowed to settle. Aromatic, a dark brown, and nutty. My kind of coffee.
