Jim n’ Nick’s BBQ

Turning around a corner from our hotel in downtown Charleston, my husband and I found Jim and Nick’s BBQ. I was so excited! One has to have BBQ when in the south.

Dinner for me was a pound of spare ribs with potato salad and fresh fruit for trimmings, as well as cheese biscuits.

My hubby, health conscious as ever, had fried catfish with sweet potato casserole and Brunswick stew.

He thought the fish needed more salt, but he loved the sweet potato and the stew. Me? I love everything on my plate, specially the spare ribs. Mmm…I’m still salivating!
I’m glad hubby and I found Jim and Nick’s. Good food…good food.
